When will my tickets arrive?

Most tickets are in stock and will be shipped the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped the next business day. In some rare instances, tickets may not ship until a few days before the event. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you with a projected ship date.

 Can I cancel and order once it has been placed?

 Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we will not be able to reverse it. By pressing the purchase button you agree to buy the tickets.

What if my event has been postponed, will I get a refund?

If an event is postponed, the original tickets that were purchased can be used for that event on the new date. If an event is completely canceled without a makeup date, the original amount will be refunded minus the shipping charge.

What are e-tickets (ticket fast)?

 E-Tickets are tickets we print out and ship or email to you. These tickets are much easier to replace if they are lost by our customer. The "hard tickets" are nearly impossible to replace if they are lost or damaged. For this reason most of our tickets are E-Tickets.
